38, have a supportive husband, mom of 4, on my journey to diagnosis with HS was humiliated by an OBGYN Dr. and told I probably had herpes and a dishonest husband. I have yet to find a Dr. who I feel truly wants to help me. Sick of this condition effecting and at times controlling my life. I feel very ashamed and alone and don’t have much hope left that things will ever get any better.
I recently just found a dermatologist who was helpful in letting me know what was wrong with me and trust me it took years and I just found out last or this week but I want to tell you to keep searching because you’ll find that ONE that will listen and if you pray and believe in prayer then I say also keep praying 👏🏾👏🏾
