Does Cosentyx Work?

I have been on it for 4 months (was on humira before with marginal success). I have had no new lesions in months. However...the existing ones continue to drain despite the cosentyx. I am on the minimal dose at the moment. Derm assures me there is a chance for further improvement over the next few doses.
I would love if these old ones would stop draining though. I dont even care about holes or scarring at this point.
