Is It Possible To Control One's HS Without The Need Of Antibiotics And Topicals That Aren't Natural?

A myHSteam Member asked a question 💭
Chicago, IL

I have had HS since I was 12 years old, I am now 21 years old. I have been on and off of antibiotics because when I do take antibiotics, I tend to get really nauseous. I have tried various topicals but have had no success due to my skin being really sensitive. I am looking for ways to control my HS without the need of those since most doctors just want to push medication onto me even if I end up feeling better in terms of my HS but worse in other ways.
