I've been on it for about 4 months now no side effects and while my flair ups aren't gone they are much smaller. The only bad one I've had was when I ate somthing with dairy without realizing. Dairy sets off flair ups for me.

Hey, thanks for the reply. 😊😊 this is good to know. Yes, it is exactly like me, dairy products / milk products are also bad for my flair ups.
