For my flare ups, I do warm compresses on and off for at least 15 minutes, I use this gel called Neuropaway gel that helps with shooting nerve pain, I also use this cream called Gotucream that is suppose to help with scars and healing. There is another product that I use which is Neuropaway Nighttime capsules, I take this when the pain is excruciating and not allowing me to sleep, and it also calms and numbs the nerve pain.

We finally hit on a combo. Daughter uses Prid and then a bandage with Makuna Honey on it. It'll pop a boil for her within a day or two. She's had two boils pop within a day of using this combination.

Australian Tea tree oil directly applied to the flares. After some few days the flares "dry out". That had been my experience.
I apply natural Aloe Vera afterwards to moisture the skin around the flares.
Fast recovery to you!

I bandage with Clindamycin prescription gel and nonstick bandages held on with nexcare easy remove tape. That is during a flare. I wash with CLn body wash, hibecleanse, or aloe vera body wash only. I πŸ™ pray.

My doctor prescribed me some liquid antibiotics to rub over my affected areas but it was no help whatsoever. After that failed I just don't put anything on it. I just keep it clean by washing with dial soap and if it's active I put a bandage over it and change it throughoutthe day. It's cold here majority of the year in Washington but I usually wear tank tops. My underarms are one of the infected areas so it's a must to wear loose clothing. I first noticed my H.S. symptoms after I started hemodialysis which was back in 2022. To this day, the ugly scars are still visible and I can still feel the lumps but thank GOD it hasn't been active for quite some time now. Even my psoriasis has calmed down. Everyone has their beliefs and opinions and for me the biggest help was praying to the GOD of the holy Bible. No lie! We all encounter pain at some point of our lives and while I do strongly believe in medicines, prayer has been my biggest help. Stay strong! Your pain may last a very long time but it won't be forever.
