Hello! Has Anyone Used Zinc Supplements To Help With Flareups? If So, How Many Milligrams Did You Use Before You Started To See The Benefit.

I take 50 mg chewable zinc every other day and it does clear up the smell of hs but it does not do anything else for my hs but I'm grateful for the odor to be gone.
Stay clean and dry as possible.
