Sicker On Antibiotics?

Ok, so... has anyone here taken antibiotics (i'm halfway through a 2 month course) aaaaaannnnnddddd.... yea. When I went down to see my fiance on the 9th, I took the train and I'm pretty sure it was either there or at Alexa's 5th birthday party that I picked up a bug.
