Use a hand held squirt bidet found in maternity baby section of stores like Target. Keep washed gently. In-between use equate Walmart brand everyday wipes. Not sure why you’re getting cervical infections unless it is yeast. Get obygn to culture. Do t wear u deer war if possible and especially do t wear underwear while sleeping. Change any sanitary pads at least 3x day. Drink lots water. No alcohol or soda not even diet soda, Keep bladder empty even if don’t feel like need to go. Don’t hold urine in. Drink fat free or 1% kefir and eat fat free plain yogurt. I had that problem for a while sans cervix issue. I went on low carb low saturated Mediterranean diet and managed blood sugar and I’m fine now.
