I remember I know I never bumped it I just woke up and I didn't notice it until I was taking a shower this is usually when my body can't fight it anymore so I might have to go visit the hospital and get some antibiotics cuz I can't get an appointment with my dermatologist I accidentally missed one and he told me I couldn't see him again for another 6 months from now what a great dermatologist for HS huh

I am so sorry for the unfairness from physicians to rating your care due to the insurance one carries.
I know you mentioned ER, have they provided you the proper needed care in the past? Special prayers in covering you through this journey πŸ™πŸ½
(I'd find a new primary & dermatologist) !!!

Yes, people with hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) can experience bruising and swelling. Members of myHSteam have shared their experiences with these symptoms. For example, one member mentioned developing red, blotchy, blood-looking welts that darkened and appeared like bruises. Another member noted that bruising often occurred when their body couldn't fight an HS flare-up anymore. If you experience persistent bruising or swelling, it's important to consult your dermatology provider.

Yes I tend to bruise once the inflammation and boil go down... I'm left with bruising and scarring. I agree, I would look for different doctors, even if its a bit of a drive it will be worth it! Dealing with finding docs myself too
