Any Vitamin Suggestions. Can’t Always Trust The Internet, But Wondered If There Are Certain Vitamin Supps. That Could Help Reduce Flare

Thanks for your answer. I take 2000 iu vitamin d. Trying to stay away from red meat as I’ve seen it increase flares for me esp, pork. I am starting an omega supp next week. Had a bad exp with zinc due to overdosing had no idea that the sold mg of zinc is way too high in most brands and it’s really suggested to take smaller doses. I will definitely get into sardines more cause I do love em 😂

I take two 5,000iu vitamin D per day. As for the others I try to get them from food. B-12 and Omega 3 from fish. I eat sardines a couple times a week. Beef has zinc.
