Paskolina that's awesome you stopped sugar, but most people don't know that carbs turn into sugar when your body is processing them, so it's almost the same as having sugar. There are alot of carbs in potatoes, breads, pasta and rices. Not easy to give up.....most people have been brought up to have carbs in every meal. It's so worth it if it gets rid of your HS though. It will not work on everyone, but may be worth a try!

I stopped having so much sugar in my diet. It isn’t a huge change but I’m not as itchy anymore
