I am due to change my IUD and I have not done this since being diagnosed with HS. I cannot tolerate the patch and unlikely to tolerate the pill. I an stuck on where to go and would like to know what works for all the other ladies out there without causing flare ups.

I think my HS is hormona at least in part (I reallf flare before my period, which is normally every 3 weeks ::cry::). My doctor put me on spironolactone, but it’s messing up my periods so that I am bleeding every other week, and my period is insanely heavy!
