Anyone Else Tryed Lymecycline? Did It Help At All?

So I have been on doxycycline for a long time , also been agoraphobic for almost 5 years and recently started therapy but since then I have completely forgot about the doxycycline and not taken them for about 3 weeks now . I am wondering if I should just start taking them again or phone doctors and speak with them about it first
