Its a lie of omission... but when I have to gingerly move or sit, and someone asked me if I am okay, I respond that I have an autoimmune condition and that I am very sore.

What are some things you guys use to make sure your skin does not leak when you sit down, I am always scared to dress nice or sit down somewhere because my skin leaks so bad in my buttocks and groin.
I have used all types of things but sometimes I guess it finds its way around the barriers, I have used pads(usually need 3), the pads for people with incontinence...oh and if I don't use a wash clothe what do you use to shower?
