I hope you are all doing well.

Kindly, I am reaching out because of the ongoing struggles with managing hidradenitis suppurativa, especially during times of stress and fatigue. These flare-ups are becoming overwhelming, and hope is getting lost on how best to cope.

Being stress out use to cause the worse flare ups for me. I try not to stress even though it's hard. I would use hot compresses, antibiotics when I feel a flare up coming on, ointments also helped me.

Is It Possible To Control One's HS Without The Need Of Antibiotics And Topicals That Aren't Natural?

I have had HS since I was 12 years old, I am now 21 years old. I have been on and off of antibiotics because when I do take antibiotics, I tend to get really nauseous. I have tried various topicals but have had no success due to my skin being really sensitive. I am looking for ways to control my HS without the need of those since most doctors just want to push medication onto me even if I end up feeling better in terms of my HS but worse in other ways.
