Being stress out use to cause the worse flare ups for me. I try not to stress even though it's hard. I would use hot compresses, antibiotics when I feel a flare up coming on, ointments also helped me.

Heck, yeah I'm frustrated. Almost heal then whammy, have bad day or seemingly for no reason they get inflamed again and I start all over again.

I have had HS since I was 12 years old, I am now 21 years old. I have been on and off of antibiotics because when I do take antibiotics, I tend to get really nauseous. I have tried various topicals but have had no success due to my skin being really sensitive.
